I had a horrible experience here, this is a terrible businessProblem after problem after problemI went in for an intro meeting and all seemed okThey wanted me to sign a contract on the spotWhen I said I didn't want to sign it right then they said I could sign it and I had like hrs (I can't remember exactly) to cancel, so I did itThen I tried to schedule with CJ, the one I had the interview with and had specifically wanted to train with because of his bio on the websiteApparently CJ's schedule didn't work with mine, so when I showed up, he had turned me over to another trainer (without telling me), EllisI was a little miffed but no biggie, I'd try EllisAll went well for monthsThen I had a medical situation where I had to stop working out for monthsWhen I went to return, they refused to train me! I was shockedI subsequently asked for a refund on the remainder of my contractEllis turned me over to CJ who said he would train me if I had a doctor's noteI said I just wanted a refund but that I would think it over because it was so convenient being in the neighborhoodWithin a few days, I decided I couldn't work with a business where one trainer refused to train me, and then the other was going to make me jump through hoops and get a doctor's note to work outI called him for close to weeks to get the refund, he never would return my callsNot a single callFinally I sent him a letterThe manager of this "neighborhood" business refused to refund my moneyA terrible experience, terrible business, and terrible management
