I took an Ariens Zoomer in for a head job. The ticket writer wanted me to sign a blank work order. When unloading the mower at home I noticed the old oil filter was still on it. They had charged me for an oil and filter change. They had also charged for an air filter. The old air filter was fairly new. When I checked the air filter there was none. Went back for a refund on parts not installed and get old parts. In with the old parts was a 20 inch hose. When I asked Jerome and Bryan about the hose they did not bother to look in the parts list to see what it was. I was treated as if I was pulling a scam. No one questioned the mechanic. Bryan wanted me to bring the mower back in and let them change the oil. I live an hour away. They did refund the cost of the oil,oil filter and air filter. The hose is part # XXXXXXXS HOSE, EVAPORATIVE 20in. I have to see if I can put it on without removing the intake. Do not want to bother with time and expense to deal with them again.

I took my zero turn mower in for a blade sharpening and oil change. When I picked it up and they loaded it on the trailer it was high enough that I noticed there was a lot of string hanging down from the middle blade which was there when I took the mower in. So I looked under the deck and none of the blades had been sharpened but I was charged for that and that was the reason for the service. They acted annoyed that I pointed that out and requested that the blades be immediately sharpened. I talked with the service manager and he said my blades need to be replaced and would charge me $68 instead of the normal $80. I paid it and he seemed acted like he was doing me a favor.

When a customer points out that service that I paid for had not been done and now I have to waste time waiting for that to be corrected that compensation of more than $12 would be given AND they made more money by up selling new blades to me.

Lastly, when I returned to my trailer to leave, they did not put the ramps on the trailer, and it's 100 degrees outside. They just loaded the mower and walked away. It's little things like helping a customer complete loading (in extreme heat) and saying "We're sorry for the misstep" when a mistake has happened.

I had multiple good experiences there (and good prices) in the past and will continue going there. I believe this is a great place but today's experience is one of those that you overlook and hope it's hot weather related or something.
