complaint, [redacted] states that a $100.00 charge was presented to her for services rendered by our Accounting firm. This is correct. An invoice can be forwarded upon request. From the beginning of this project, [redacted] was fully aware that since this was a Pennsylvania State regulated project, that was over seen by a State Representative, a contract between the State of Pennsylvania and Four Winds D. G. Llc was entered into. A W-9 and ultimately a 1099 was issued. Four Wins D.G LLC offered to pay the taxes on this project but [redacted] wanted our Co. to pass along monies from the State in the amount of $10,000.00 + and not pay the taxes on this $10,000.00+ dollars to the State of PA. This is called a pass through and therefore a consultation with our Accountant was nessessary . It was explained to [redacted] in advance that there would be a cost incurred. Mr. M[redacted] quoted a cost between $100.00 to $200.00. After speaking to our Accountant, the full amount of $10,000.00+ from the State of Pennsylvania was given to the [redacted]'s and no taxes were paid. Since Four Wins DG LLC did not profit or claim any of the $10,000.00 we feel confident that this situation was handled honestly and professionally.In addition, the following is a list of items, not included in the contract, that Four Wins DG did for [redacted] at NO CHARGE:  -Painted 1 bedroom twice-Moved electrical work.-Painted bed support.-Built Bathroom Vanity.-Hung blinds in child's room.-Picked up multiple items at hardware store. Picked up a load of stone-Moved air duct work.-Moved 350lb shed-Picked up shed from [redacted].Regards,Matt W[redacted] Four Wins Development Group LLC
