After our estimate and receiving the $deposit I mentioned to the customer the office would contact them by the end of the weekUnfortunately, No call was made because of our receptionist being out of the office due to Jury DutyI did recieve an email from the customer warning that they would
file a complaint and felt our company was a scamI, the owner, replied back notifying them we are not a scam and that our receptionist would reach them the very next when she returned to the officeThey agreed and still wanted to continue with their orderBefore my receptionist had the chance to call them, they filed the complaintWe have since returned their $deposit that has gone through and felt it was in our best interest to decline their businessWe feel this is an unfair review being that I was in contact with the customer via email regarding our company not being a scam and that I would make sure our receptionist would have an install date for themIf you are needing further information please feel free to contact us.***- Owner###-###-####***- Receptionist###-###-####Thank you
