Fowler Laundry Systems

Review: My clothing was burned in the laundry service owned andoperated by Fowler laundry systems. I have spoken with [redacted] part owner at [redacted] regarding the being reimbursed for damage/burned clothing. He was provided with receipts for the items that was burned in their dryer. The clothing are all undergarments for myself and husband, (2) queen siz sheet sets, tee-shirts, and lounge wear. He has failed to reimburse me for my damage/burned clothing. I have supporting pictures to show.Desired Settlement: I have not been reimbursed for the clothing that was burned up in their dryer at Fowler laundry Systems

Review: The laundromat was renovated and the machines do not work. On 5 occasions the machines have taken my money but I only reported it once. I got my money back, but that's besides the point. Today, my money was taken again, but he attendants can't help and make it worse because they do not speak English when 100% of the customers do. This happens repeatedly and it's not fair to paying customers.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded and people to offer better customer service
