I am rejecting this response because:
Not credible and no apology I quote, "in this instance the host that was closing it out looked at the dollar amount and not the Invoice # and added the $ 2.00"
Who gave the host the authority to add $to my credit card account? So, this business adds tips at will and w/o approval from the card holder? This is a bad business practice and theft of services

As explained to the customer, *** ***, it was an honest mistake
Please see attached credit card receipts as they are for the same amount
