The Foxwood Apartments never received a call
or letter of complaint regarding accusations of drug dealing or homosexuality
Foxwood Apartments does not discriminate against any person because of race,
color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin.However, we did receive
several verbal &
written complaints against you, regarding your behavior at The Foxwood
ApartmentsFoxwood Management, as well as Maintenance staff, have actually
seen such behavior from youSeveral tenants stated feeling "unsafe"
while you were outside, on numerous occasions, in the parking lot performing
"karate/martial arts" with sticks & nunchucks in the middle of the dayOne tenant in particular stated you
threatened him with a broom for no apparent reason as he was exiting the
buildingYou also stated someone siphoned gasoline from your vehicles gas
tank, twice, and when you notified us, we checked the security cameras each
time & no such actions were taken placeWe are not a "crooked"
complex.We have upheld all agreements on the Lease Agreement from the 1st
day you moved in at Foxwood Apartments until the last day you moved out of Foxwood Apartments.The Foxwood Apartments showed proof of any
& all repairs or replacements that were needed in your apartmentWe
limited the labor to hours vshours, needed to complete the repairs &
replacementsWe sent you copies of all receiptsThe Foxwood Apartments is
absolutely transparent on their billing.As the tenant, you failed to uphold your part
of the Lease AgreementYou failed to return the apartment in the same
condition as you received itYour rental agreement states quite clearly what
is expected of a Resident vacating their apartmentYou received a Move-Out
letter stating what The Foxwood Apartments charges if any additional cleaning,
repairs/replacements, etcare needed to be made to get the apartment back to
being MoReadyYou also received the exact cleaning checklist, used
during the Move-Out Inspections, prior to your Move-out, which lets you know
exactly what we are looking for during the Move-out InspectionThe only thing
you did correctly, was giving proper day notice to vacate.We expect to receive your payment of $

I read the reply from Foxwood LLC. What they claimed has nothing at all to do with my deposit. My complaint is about the apartment’s condition when I left
on 4/31/2016 and only this. Their rhetoric is simply evading the issue
altogether. Moreover I rented on a month to month basis. There was no lease agreement involved. Furthermore I took photos of the apartment with my cell phone.
