Review: I purchased some perfume called [redacted] 80% from frangrancenet.com when I got it the mail I took it out of the box sprayed a little and it smelled so bad like its been in storage for years. I already had a [redacted] but was running low which I love and it smelled nothing

like the one they sent me NOTHING and I've been known to buy bottles of this in my area in [redacted] but because the price was nearly half I thought I would buy it from them never again it smelled like alcohol. I don't know if because it was only %80 [redacted]

because I noticed that they also had one that was %100 percent what that meant I have no idea (they should let the customer know). Anyway I spent $17.00 to get this product to my home. I got a refund of only $4.60 I was shocked. I wasn't the one who sent

a bad product out. I should be fully credited for this mistake of sending a perfume that is 80% of the product maybe that why it didn't smell right. Well I will accept the 100% [redacted] instead of the refund or the total $17.00.

Review: We placed an order, Order # [redacted], which has not been delivered. The carrier, FedEx, sent us a notice of attempted delivery, and provided a tracking number. When I contacted FedEx, they said they had no such number, and could not help. I requested assistance from Fragrancenet, and was told to contact the Post Office. I replied thatI believed it to be the obligation of Fragrancenet to get the product to me, rather than require me to take time to go fetch it somewhere. (I remain confused whether the item is handled by FedEx or USPS.) Fragrance net has not responded to my follow-up inquiries. In sum, they appear to claim that our failure to be at home when the carriere showed up imposes on us the obligation to figure out whom to contact to arrange for delivery. This is beyond ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I want my order or a full refund IMMEDIATELY.

Review: October of 2015 I purchased a fragrance that I have used for many years. When the perfume arrived I sprayed it on my arms to smell the fragrance, it did smell like what I had ordered, but within an hour or so the fragrance was gone. I tried it again and the same result. I asked my friend to try it and fragrance disipated in the same time frame. I called customer service spoke to a rep and a label was created and the perfume was returned for a new bottle. Same story, so on December [redacted] 2015 I returned it. I have not received my refund which I asked for when I spoke to a rep ... and today is January * 2016. I am convinced that the Chloe perfume is defective, and what convinced me was that I purchased from [redacted] the same fragrance and it lasts for hours. I must add that I am in my seventies and have used this scent since it came out, many years.

I have tried to call to find out what the delay is in regards to my refund and for days the phones are busy from open to close you cannot access that company. Today I used the online Chat after waiting at least 10 minutes for a rep and after providing her with all my info she said to call the [redacted] number

I can't help you...well I kept calling and the phone is still busy went to chat again and the same person chats with me, whats the chance of that. Not very nice and neither was I. I hope that this negatively affects their standing with the Revdex.com. It's been almost three weeks since I purchased my product from them and never once did I receive a return email or phone call explaining or fixing my issue.

Review: I ordered a product on 12/*/2015 and received an email on 12/*/2015 that it was being shipped. They promised a 3-5business day delivery making this the latest 12/**/2015. However I have always received my items from this company on the earlier side of the promise EVEN during the holidays. This was a gift and needed to be given on the [redacted] but I could have waited until the [redacted]. I checked on the items and the tracking system on the [redacted] said it was in Charlotte but the promise date was the [redacted]. I emailed the company with no response. The [redacted] came and went and I had to out and repurchase the items. As of today I check the status the items are no longer in Charlotte they are now in CONCORD and will not be here until the 16th. I called customer service and was on hold for 65 mins and 43 secs and was greeted with a person who sounded like she had a hard day at the office already and had in her mind what she was going to say to me before I could get it out of my mouth. She offered 10% off of purchase and no refund for shipping. I stated that was not satisfactory and she said she could put me back on hold with the manager I asked for a warm transfer and she said she had no idea if the manager was at her desk of not and if she wasn't to leave a message. I have only had good orders with FragranceNet over the last 5 years that I have been a customer. They offer high quality products at the best prices. They just can't be beaten! I will always be a loyal customer, although I have never spoken to their customer service department (because all of my orders have been perfect). Sometimes the shipping is a little slow, but for me it is usually free (USA buyer) so I don't really think I can complain about waiting a few extra days for free shipping and the cheapest prices on perfume. :)

The shipping info stated that it arrive in Atlanta on 12/**/2014 and was being delivered to [redacted] post office where my residence is located.It was suppose to be delivered on 12/**/2014.When the didn't arrive on the [redacted] I started calling fed x and the post office on 12/**/2014.[redacted] said the post office had it and post office said [redacted] had it. Review: My complaint consist of numerous items but I can only select one. I ordered 2 make up kits for my daughter on December [redacted] hoping this would be here for them to open up on Christmas day. The web site had stated no longer then 7 Business days. Its now the day after Christmas and still no make up kits. Starting Monday 12/**/14 at 9:00 A.M. till 5:00 P.M. I tried calling there office to check on the gifts. Upon extensive hold time I was hung up on every time I called with out talking to anyone from this company. It was very frustrating staying on hold for over and hour each time to just hear the phone pick up and put right back down disconnecting my phone call. My daughters were left with out a gift under the tree for Christmas and I was left with no answer on weather this gift would ever show up after I had paid for the items. Review: recently I ordered a product sold by fragrancenet.com as miss dior "cherie" perfume, the item delivered was not miss dior cherie, and was damaged, leaking with glass splinters inside the box. I contacted the company jan **, and on feb[redacted] with no response. Finally I contacted customer service by phone and was told it was reformulated and they are just selling and advertising what they do have, and have no intention of removing the photo from sears affiliated sellers search, [redacted] or their website. They are going to continue to deliver the incorrect product knowing it is not what people want. The customer service rep by phone told me to "do what I want" and didnt care I was unsatisfied and didnt care I planned to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. Basically the rep told me they know they dont have the product, they know the photo is incorrect, and dont care.Desired Settlement: refund of order [redacted] for 98.00, or replace item with DIOR "cherie" like I ordered and remove the photo and false description so fragrancenet doesnt keep misleading customers.

Review: At first I had requested a product reshipment for a cologne. The cologne's product sticker had bubbles and was beginning to show signs of peeling off the bottle. First contact with fragrancenet.com customer service representative took place on 9/**/13. I was given a product return label, and I shipped the return back on 9/**/13. Order was first placed online in early September.

The time it has taken this company to process my reshipment has far exceeded any acceptable business practice. I have since called them twice on their customer service number and spoke with two different customer service representatives to change my order from a "reshipment" to a "refund." However, on 10/*/13, I received an email stating that my item is in their warehouse and another email will be sent when the item ships.

After reading a few other Revdex.com customer complaints, it appears that they will "reship" my item despite my email and repeated phone calls asking them to "not reship" but "refund" me. Other Revdex.com customer complaints have made light of this scamming practice of ignoring requests for refunds and simply just "reshipping" items in the hopes that I will give up and accept their horrid practice and keep the item.

A telephone call and email has been sent on 10/**/13. It appears that this company can not guarantee my refund and will most likely "reship" the item, despite my protest to "refund" my money. I have searched the Revdex.com complaint requests on this site and have found a similar customer complaint. This leads me to believe that they are "scamming" customers by delaying refunds, not issuing refunds, ignoring customer requests, and ignoring requests for refunds. This company's operating policies are severely lacking in efficiency and honesty. It is unfortunate that I have had to take my request to the Revdex.com, and that they could not handle my request via email or telephone.

I am requesting that Fragrancenet.com issue a full refund for my cologne purchased, and that they do so in a timely and efficient manner. Unfortunately, for consumers to get their refunds from this company, they must go through the Revdex.com, as they will not listen to you when you email or call.

I purchased Flowerbomb in December, 2015. The package looked fine --- like the real thing --- and the first time I used it, it was great. But, since, there is almost no fragrance when applied, and after 10 minutes there is absolutely nothing left. I have learned my lesson and will never purchase anything from this site again. In the past, I experienced a product issue (lipstick), which was resolved, but only after dealing with a surly, extremely defensive customer service rep.

Review: I purchased expensive bottle of FlowerBomb perfume from FragranceNet for a Christmas gift. The box the perfume came in was different then the one sold in [redacted] or [redacted] key identification code within the box was missing, contents within the bottle were not same color and fragrance did not have the same scent that was purchased from [redacted]'s or [redacted]'s.

I contacted FragranceNet for return and was told I would have to pay shipping and 20% restocking fee.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in full, without 20% restocking fee or any additional charges.
