on his behalf by his wife. Please note, the patient himself never made a formal complaint against Comfort Dental Framingham. At this time, all treatment records, ledgers and insurance explanation of benefits were provided to [redacted]. His treatment was explained at length and [redacted] was satisfied with and understood the explanation regarding his account. At Comfort Dental Framingham, we always ensure the patient is fully informed about treatment plans and costs prior to the start of treatment. In addition, all patients receive explanation of benefits from the insurance companies via mail after services have been performed.
