I have been a patient for many years and had never had such a bad experience as lately.I'm a veteran, and after many doctors left the emporium office in emporium I never had trouble getting my medicine before until now, first I don't even know the new doctor, and alot of staff has changed, I asked for my refill on the 22nd of oct, they kept putting me off saying this and that, I know the rules for pain medicine, and I kept getting the run around, never went thru it before, also the new lady behind the desk very rude and has no compassion, I am leaving the office for another hospital, very sorry but I am not a drug addict, if fact I quit taking the medicine for pain that I took for 6yrs, it's not easy but with gods help i'm doing it, best wishes, frank
