Review: On October **, 2013, I attended the Annual Fall Fair on [redacted] in [redacted]. About 10:15 am, I stopped at [redacted] booth and purchased two solar phone chargers and two sets of sheets which I paid $20 for each item. Before I left, I asked [redacted] what the thread count was on the sheets and he told me that they were 1500 and 1800 counts. So I purchased them and continued to shop at other vender booths.When I got home, I opened one of the cell phone chargers and it worked for about 5 minutes and stopped. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and nothing happened. So I let it sit in the daylight for a few hours and tried it again and nothing happenedno lights, nothing. It would not charge my cell phone. In the meantime, while the charger was sitting in the light, I opened one of the sheet sets and was totally shocked. The sheets were so thin, you could see through them. On 10-**-13 I called the Center Moriches Chamber of Commerce who sponsored the fair and requested the vendors phone number and they gave me [redacted] name and phone number. On 11-**-13, I called and left a voicemail message. [redacted] called back and said he was in DC and call back in two weeks and suggested I send the items to FRANJACK LTD, [redacted] and when he is in receipt, he will send me my refund. During the same conversation, I explained to him that I paid $80 and I would prefer to exchange it in person because I paid cash. He then said I dont need your money with an attitude.On 11-13-13, I called him again and he said that he is back in DC and that he has shows all over and will not be back until two weeks after Thanksgiving.On 12-**-13, I called and left message that Id like to meet him tonight or tomorrow morning.I called again on 12-**-13.On 12-**-13, I called again and left another message.I called again on 12-**-13 and Steve picked up the phone and said they were at a show and [redacted] would be back in town tomorrow morning for the next four days.I called again on 12-**-13 and no one answered my call.I called again on 12-**-13 and left a long detailed message for [redacted]. I advised him that I have been very patient and if I did not get a call back from him today, that I will be filing a formal complaint with the Revdex.com, the Local Precinct and Small Claims Court.[redacted] called back and left a message for me that he will not meet me and exchange the merchandise and that I should send it to an address that he will supply when he calls back on Monday 12-**-13. He never called back.On 12-**-13, I called The Chamber of Commerce for his full business name and address. [redacted] from the Chamber called me on 01-**-14 and gave me the following information: [redacted], FRANJACK, LTD, [redacted] PH####-###-####.Desired Settlement: Refund of $80 cash because I do not trust that this vendor will be honest enough to send me a check if I returned the items by mail because he has made no effort at all to meet me. I even offered to meet him at his home or office or anywhere at his convenience and he still has made no effort...not to mention that I would also have to pay shipping charges to send it by mail and I'm sure he'd avoid reimbursing me this expense as well.
