Frank and Crew

The project was not completed. There was also damage done to the property that hasn't been resolved. Around mid July, 2013, we contracted Frank and Crew to paint the exterior of our home. In addition to painting the house, all of our interior and exterior door handles were to be spray painted. This project was not completed. In good faith I paid Frank and Crew once the outside of the home was completed. With the promise from Mr.[redacted] that he would personally be by within the next two weeks to spray the handles. This did not happen. I contacted him 2 other times and he promised to come out to our home. He never showed up. Right before Labor Day weekend as we were driving with our son to go to college, I noticed little paint spatters ALL over his car. I called Mr.[redacted] and we spoke about the issue with the car. He apologized, but said it was no problem. He would make it right. He said when my son came home over christmas break to let him know and he would take care of the car. He never followed through.I have tried numerous times to get in contact with Mr.[redacted] via phone and text message. Several messages have been left. I have heard nothing from him. Desired SettlementI would like all of my door handles sprayed as per our agreement. I would also like all of the paint splatters to be removed from my son's car.
