Review: A gown and hood were ordered on April **, 2014 for a May ** ceremony. A phone call to the company that same day confirmed the items were in stock and could be delivered in time for the ceremony. On Friday May * I called concerning the order which had not arrived. I was told they were really busy and did not ship the order. I asked for a refund to be applied to my credit card at that time. I was told it would be processed that day.

I spoke with a representative of the company on May ** when no record of a reimbursement had come through my bank. I called again on the [redacted] and in both cases was told how sorry they were and that it would be addressed. I called today, May ** and sent an email as well requesting my refund once again.

It is near the end of their work day in the Eastern Time Zone, so I am filing the complaint today.Desired Settlement: All I want is the amount to be refunded onto my credit card.

Review: I ordered some graduation items in Oct. and the company debited my account. The items have yet to come and graduation is this Saturday. They have not responded to any of my emails.

Review: I ordered some items from this company a month ago, they never shipped, they did not return numerous emails, and did not issue a refund after numerous requests.

*on Fri Aug ** 12:46:48 EDT 2014, I ordered 7 items totaling $227.43 from Frank Bee Enterprises Inc (website was [redacted]. They charged my credit card the next day, but did not provide me with any shipping info.

*I emailed them on Sep. *, asking about my order, they stated it would ship on the [redacted] and I would get my info then.

*Received no email, I emailed them again on the [redacted] and they responded the items had shipped, but they were having trouble with UPS providing tracking numbers, and that I would receive a tracking number within 24 hours.

*no package or shipping info arrived, I emailed them on Sep. **, no response

*called them on Sep [redacted], they claimed there computers were down and were unable to find my order, promised they would find it and email me asap.

*called on the [redacted], demanded a refund, they said they would process my refund and email me the info, no refund or info came.

*called on the [redacted], demanded a refund immediately, they gave me a conformation # [redacted] and said the money would be in my account within 24 hours, did not receive the refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for the order that never shipped.

after many attempted to get a refund, it appears the company has finally refunded me. this issue is resolved, but this buisness still has the worst coustomer service I have ever encountered, and I believe they are running a scam and hope people don't persue a refund to the extent that I have to finally get one.

Review: I purchased several pairs of socks from this company on 1/**/14, to date I still haven't received them, they didn't notify me that some of the colors I ordered were out of stock. When I called them in February I was told that they were waiting on the out of stock items to arrive that they should be in in 2 weeks. Well now it's a month and I still haven't received any socks, I emailed them to tell them to ship the ones they had and refund the balance but again I get no reply from them. They don't respond to emails. They don't notify customers of the status of their order, this is no way to do business.I really want the socks but at this point will settle on a full refund.Desired Settlement: As stated above, I'd really like to have the socks, but will accept a refund.

Review: On September [redacted] I placed an order with Frank Bee Enterprises Inc at [redacted]

The order included Double Honor cords for $17.00 and a Deluxe Doctorate Graduation Gown Package for $695.00 (order number [redacted])

After shipping the order came to $736.00

I received the double honor cords promptly and the hat that goes with the gown shortly thereafter.

After several months past, I called to get an update on the order (the PhD gown with velvet tam, trim and gold piping plus the velvet hood in my school colors). I was asked what day I needed to gown by and I told them December [redacted]. They told me that they would make sure that my order was prioritized. At the end of November I phoned again to check on the order, I was told that they would call the 'factory' and see when the gown would be ready and call me back. They did not call me back. I called again the next day and they told me no one was going to be in that day that could help me and I needed to call back the following week. I called again a few days into December and I was told that the product was being shipped for the December [redacted] date. On December [redacted] I called and I was told that they had it ready to go but "UPS had never showed up so it didn't get shipped". I told them the ceremony was in two days and that I needed the gown by then and they said it would go out that night. The next day I received a package from them. It was a polyester gown, approximately 2 sizes too big, not a PHD gown, no hood, no velvet trim, no velvet stripes, no gold piping....i.e. none of the 'deluxe' items I paid for, just a plain polyester college gown (those retail at app. $50. I called the company when I received the box and I was told that the [redacted] was out for the day. They said they would contact her and have her get back to me by the end of the work day. I called back around 4:30 pm my time, 30 minutes before their store closing, and they told me that she stepped out. I called back the next day and someone else answered and a man put me on hold for seven minutes at which time the same person ([redacted]) that I had spoken with the day before came on. I asked about the '[redacted]' and why she had not called back and he said that she stepped out again. I asked why she had not called back when she was in and he said 'she stepped out' and that 'she had an emergency'. I said that I had spoken with him every time and that he always said he was unable to help me so I would like to speak with someone else. He said that no one else was there. I asked about the person who had answered the phone and he said 'he stepped out', however, it was evident that he ([redacted]) was walking away at that time and getting more distant from the receiver as the phone was cutting out more and more. When I asked for his last name so I could write down who I had spoken with he said he had to put me on hold and did so for 41 minutes until the store closing time at 6 pm. However, when my husband called their other line, the toll-free number, [redacted] answered that phone. When my husband asked if [redacted] could simply return to my phone call and assist me, he put him on hold and never returned to him as well.

I work at an academic institution, where we are required to wear academic regalia for graduation ceremonies in December and May. The date of the December event has now come and gone, and the store refuses to put us in touch with someone who can assist us. The individual ([redacted]) told us in the December [redacted] phone call that three people working there, and that the [redacted]'s name is [redacted] (this is who he said he has been telling to call us back for the past week). When asked about the factory that had been referred to earlier by a woman ([redacted]?) he said they don't have one, that they order things from a warehouse. We had previously been told my gown was being custom-made at a factory. What I did finally receive (the $50 polyester, college-graduation gown) was not custom made and came from a company in [redacted] (very close to where I live). Specifically, our problems are: we were charged for an item we did not receive, we were told about a factory making our item that apparently does not exist, we have received incredibly poor (and dishonest) customer service, the event the gown was needed for has past, and the no one capable of assisting us will return our calls.Desired Settlement: At this point, we are very concerned as to whether this is a legitimate company and whether they are even capable of producing the product that has been ordered, especially the 'deluxe' gown of 'superior quality' that was promised on the website. Given this, and the fact that the December graduation date was today, we desire

1) a refund of the entire order ($736.00) and

2) a shipping label with pre-paid return shipping for the items received, so they can be sent back to the company on their dime.

Review: On March **, 2014 I placed an order for 6 navy blue varsity cardigan sweaters. I was informed that I would receive a tracking number and items within two weeks. I made a call on April [redacted] inquiring as to my tracking number. I was told by a customer representative that the items were not in the warehouse and that the outside contractor would give me a tracking number. I called on April [redacted] and was told that the items had shipped and requested a tracking number, no tracking number was provided. I called on April [redacted] for a tracking number several times was told I would receive a tracking number by the end of the day, no one returned by call. Tried calling several times no one answers. I paid $283.94 for these items I would like the items as requested or my money backDesired Settlement: If they can not give me the sweaters I ordered, I want a full refund via money order.

Review: My husband ordered some name plaques for the back of hockey jerseys and I have called numerous times regarding where the order is and every time I call they tell me its going out today...it has been almost three weeks since I ordered them and they billed our credit card already.Desired Settlement: At this point I want a refund since they cannot be bothered to mail out the product. I have now been unable to reach anyone it goes to voice automated message.

Review: I ordered an academic hood on 11/*/2014 which was to be delivered within 6-8 weeks. When I went to check the status via the link I had been sent, there was no status. I called the business and no one answered. I sent an email and no one answered. I finally connected with the business on 1/*/15 and was told they had to check with the distributor and they would call me back within a 1/2 hour. I still have heard nothing and it is 1/*/15. Tonight I contacted my credit card company and requested a refund, which they have provided me. They also told me that Frank Bee Enterprises has 10 days to reply to the refund, so I may be contacting Revdex.com again.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card refund processed and other people to know how disreputable this company is. I only wish I had checked with the Revdex.com first.

Review: Place an order for a Freedom Econo Hood *$35 Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral on 9/*/13 stated it would take 4-6 weeks until I receive it. It is passed that time allotted. The deadline is 11/**/13 and the order did not come in. When I asked for a refund, they interrupted the statement and told me they sent a loaner which I did not ask for (which are not even the school colors). This was a day of celebration instead it was a disappointment. They also told me that they would email me a return invoice to return the loaner that I did not ask for but nothing. They are quick to take payment of $54.50, but I have to wait for an eternity to get the refund or if I get the refund.Desired Settlement: They should not be operating if they can not give the customers what they were promised when an order is placed.

Review: Message sent to the company on April [redacted] 2014After several emails sent to you and phone calls to your office I still have not been reimbursed for the gowns you never shipped to me.Every time I am told that the money will arrive in my account within two days and that I will receive a confirmation email, but nothing happens.Not only the order did not arrive on time, but also it's been four months since we've been asking you to reimburse my payment.Now I am asking you for the last time. Review: I purchased a cap and gown from the company online through [redacted] months in advance. There were multiple lies about the status of the order and when the order would arrive. As a result, I had to purchase another cap and gown through another company to ensure that I would have [redacted] for my graduation 12/**/2014. By the time the [redacted]) had the cap and gown shipped (a couple of days before my graduation), I had purchased new [redacted] from another company. I explained to the [redacted], that I would not need the cap and gown and he told me to route it back to the company and that I would receive a full refund. The product never was delivered to me because I had [redacted] to route it back to the company before it was delivered to my home. I have a confirmation that the product was received back by the company (see below). I also have emails between me and the company, with them providing me with the information to route the gap and gown back to them. Since then, I have emailed the company about my refund and have not received a response. It has been almost 6 months and I am requesting my full refund for the product that I never saw or used and that company received back in the new condition in which they sent it.

Review: I ordered academic regalia from Frank Bee Enterprises, Inc. on [redacted]Aug 2013. On 11/**/2013, after not receiving my order, I emailed to inform them that I would be submitting a claim with the Revdex.com if I did not receive the merchandise that I had paid for. After that exchange I did receive the merchandise, but it was the wrong color and did not meet the specifications of the original order. On 12/**/2013 I again contacted the business to say that the order was incorrect and that I would require a refund, the person that responded stated that I should mail the merchandise back and it would be refunded. Now, three months later I have not heard anything from the business nor have I received the refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the full amount of $83.45.
