When I signed this document everything was clearThey added this afterNemet only paid four months worthThe payment that I made in September was the one that should be reimbursed to meI spoke with Brian D*** on Saturday and he states that Nissan will send the reimbursement check within a weekHe states that they are waiting for the entire deal with the car lease to be finishedI do not know what that means since I've had the car going on one month nowHe says that everything is not finalized yetHe has also instructed me to give him a call with tin a week if I have not receivedWhy is nemet saying one thing and their sales guy telling me different

The original owner does not have the authority to transfer any of the coverage of the manufacturers warranty Hyundai's warranty coverage for the second owner is for the powertrain only In addition when this vehicle was inspected it was found that there was extensive sludge in the engine caused by lack of required maintenance which is the responsibility of the owner This sludge is what caused the engine failure Although this warranty claim could have been denied for both reasons noted above we were able to get Hyundai to cover the repair under warranty However it took a while to get approval, parts and Hyundai was not willing to pay for a loaner vehicle

We have not agreed to take the car backOur responsibility purely lies in repairing any components covered under warranty or issues pertaining to safety concerns. We have asked that the car be brought in so that we may inspect the vehicle. We can not proceed without inspecting the vehicle. Please contact our service manager Wayne R*** to arrange a time and date

Please allow us to respond to the complaint filed by *** *** *** purchased and took delivery of a new Kia Optima. At delivery a menu of optional items, along with benefits, monthly payments, interest rates and terms were presented to *** ***. *** *** made
his final selections by signing and initialing the the enclosed contracts including a bill of sale stating all sales are finalInasmuch as this was a negotiated transaction, all purchases are viewed as one transaction. *** *** has signed the enclosed Aftermarket Product Promissory Note acknowledging this fact and agreeing that if he should choose to cancel he will no longer have the protection under the coverage and any proceeds from the cancellation will be assigned to the dealer for the purpose of the dealer being made whole. *** *** writes in his complaint that products were added without his knowledge. Yet the supporting documentation we have attached clearly indicates *** *** was well aware of all aspects since he signed and initialed these contracts which clearly depict all charges. *** *** also states that he signed them “*** *** *** ***” It is *** *** responsibility to read what he signs. It is truly unfair of *** *** to make accusations items were added without his knowledge while making a statement that he didn’t read what he was signing. Although *** *** signed binding documents and took delivery of a vehicle in the interest of customer satisfaction and purely as a gesture of good we offered *** *** a settlement of $1500.00. *** *** has declined this offer. We are still willing to extend this offer to *** *** providing he signs a general release

[The rim was not bentI have not changed the rimI simply the tire balanced (which is what nemet CLAIMED to have done), and the problem was gone, and remained goneNemet charged me for work they did not perform! What else is the explanation? If the bent rim was the problem, I would still have the problem, wouldn't I? This business is unscrupulous and I will make it my business to get the word out, and believe me with three sons who are very YouTube savvy, don't understimate the power of a single customer who've been angered! In addition to the money Nemet charged me, I also expect that the company will refund me for the cost of having the tire balanced, which is a fraction of what I will get if I'm pushed to take them to small claims court.Best,***

We have called and emailed *** *** on several occasions to ask for her to provide us with a copy of the bill from Nissan. As of this writing we have not received a response. We need a copy of the bill in order to move forward
