Review: I PAID OVER 1600.00 FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY AND 500.00 FOR GAP INSURANCE VECHILE WAS TRADED IN On JUNE 23,2015.CONTRACT [redacted] AND [redacted] I am entitled to refunds on both I submitted all the paperwork end of June car was paid off by dealership that I traded car in to purchase new car.I have been advised by [redacted] that they issue a credit once a month to dealership and they do not know even how much my refund will be that the dealership Franklin Sussex Automall must issue my refund and calculate the refund which makes no sense I have been calling both places over 10 phone calls only to continue getting a run around. The dealership wont even connect me to a finance manager to get answers which they have 3 at this location they continue to put me to the voicemails with no returned calls.There is no reason to hold money that is rightfully mine,this refund should have been in the works the day the contracts were cancelled as I do not even own the vehicle anymoreDesired Settlement: I have exhausted all attempts I could to just receive my refund now the secretary at dealership says I will not receive until the middle or end of August. Someone is making interest on this money due back to me along with all the other people this happens too. I just want whats rightfully mine and it should not take weeks or months to receive it. I appreciate anything you can do to resolve this,hoping you have better luck than me in speaking to a live person instead of voicemails

Review: Last July 2014 I went into this dealership to purchase a car. To get the financing I consented to this company to pull my credit report ONCE. Instead when I check my credit report I see that they or their partners pulled my credit report 5 times at least. This is causing damage to my credit rationg.Desired Settlement: Removal of inquiries.

Review: This dealership is engAging in false advertising -- we specially went there to purchase a vehicle that was advertised in their sale flyer - they told us they had it - they advertised it having certain features but when we got there they tried to sell us the car without the advertised features and claimed it was a misprint in the pAper - and they would not honor what they printed - they also advertised a 0 per decent financing which they were claiming was not accurate - scam artists and unethicalDesired Settlement: I want them to stop these unethical practices And to honor their advertised specials
