Review: On 1/*/14 [redacted] sent via Fed Ex registration documents for A ** client, [redacted]. I included a check for $1335. payable to Franks Auto School- which was deposited on 1/**/14. In February I found out from our client that the check Franks sent with the reg docs had bounced.

We have contacted Franks via email and telephone daily- with no resolution. They have stopped returning our calls and emails.

We are unable to get teh registration from North Carolina because Franks is the Co who submitted the paperwork, and they owe money. MC DMV will not release the paperwork to us, even if we paid the bounced check fee and reg/tax fees.

It is not May **, 2014 and we have yet to hear back from them, and the client has not received a registration. He is beyond upset- blaming us.

This is not the only "bounced" check situation we have had with Franks- this lead to us no longer using tehm for registration services, however- this turned up after that.

I have PLENTY of emails to Franks that I am happy to scan, along with our cashed check.

This is going on 4 months- they are clearing not hadnling business like they should.

please help!Desired Settlement: Franks needs to send us the completed NC registration for [redacted] OR provide us with the original paperwork (title, licesne, ins, etc) so we can process this through a registration co that will process it- promptly.

Our client has been checking his mail everyday since 4/**.

Review: Frank's Far Rockaway Auto School was apparently a third party in the purchase of my vehicle in which we were not aware of. The [redacted] dealer in Illinois used the services provided by [redacted]'s to title our vehicle in the state of [redacted]'s wrote a check to the [redacted] in the amount of $902.30 on 11-*-13. The check was returned due to insufficient funds. The [redacted]) tried to collect the fund to no avail. The [redacted] recently withheld our state tax refund to recover their loss which included bank fees they incurred. After speaking with the [redacted], they provided me with the unpaid check to see if I could recoup my loss. I reached out to [redacted]'s on 9/*/14 and spoke with [redacted]. Per her request, I faxed her copies of the check and proof that the [redacted] collected the funds from me. I followed up with [redacted] who stated that she received the paperwork and confirmed the validity of my claim. She indicated that her boss would be contacting me. On 9/**/14 after not hearing from a representative from [redacted]'s I called and spoke with [redacted]. He was aware of the situation and even the amount they owed. He put me on hold to speak with the bookkeeper. He informed me that a check would be sent to my new address by Monday, 9/**/14. To date, I have not received the funds.Desired Settlement: I expect that [redacted]'s will forward a cashier's check for the amount owed. I have provided them with my address and contact number in my original fax. If I do not receive payment in the next 10 days, I will proceed to contact a lawyer to assist with collection of funds owed as well as additional fees I will incur for legal fees.
