Lucky Yew has been taking care of my landscaping needs on *** **in *** *** *** (My summer home)They are such a wonderful crew of workersSo polite and respectful They do wonderful work and I have recommended them to all our fellow home owning neighborsWe home owners take a lot of pride in our community particularly on *** *** There is nothing more satisfying than coming home to my immaculately landscaped home Love this company and will continue to support strong family owned small business in my community !!

I recently tried to post a review for Lucky Yew Landscaping in Dedham, MA on ***, after receiving an extremely negative barrage of emails from them, however, the review was removed due to me "copying and pasting" an excerpt from the initial email I received from the business owner, which had his email address listed so it wasn't allowed to be publicThe business then went on to tell *** that they have never done business with me, which is completely falseI have numerous copies of invoices from them and the copies of all the checks from me that they have cashedIt dumbfounds me as to why they would lie about that, since there is undeniable proof to the contraryEvery single invoice over the past couple of years has been paid; to the tune of hundreds of dollars that they have received from usOur hard earned money went to this business and this is how we are treated? OutrageousI decided to use the Revdex.com forum to inform the public of the extremely negative experience I had with them and that I think is very important for consumers to knowI have used Lucky Yew for landscaping and snow removal for the past couple of years without any issue whatsoeverThey did a formidable job for us in the spring, fall and winter monthsWe are on an auto list for snow removal and on 1/7/17, Lucky Yew came to plow our drivewayThere wasn't much snow accumulation in our driveway when they came that evening and we had a car parked in the middle of it, therefore, not much snow to remove at allI received an invoice for this plow as I typically do via emailI responded to the email/invoice, saying I was a bit surprised they came when they did and I made a request to "revise" the invoice from $to a lower amount (I never said I wouldn't pay), since there really wasn't much snow to remove and when they came, the snow hadn't stopped yet, it kept snowing throughout the night (and they didn't return the next morning to complete the driveway.) My husband shoveled the entire area the next dayShockingly, I received the following email back from Lucky Yew:
"surprised we came in a snow storm that we got inches of snow in? Your off our listkeep your money you thiefVery disrespectfulNever contact us again and waste our time and resourcesPATHETIC"I am a business professional for over years and could not believe the email I receivedThis was the most outrageous, immature, rude and unprofessional message I have ever seen sent to a customerI responded to that email, with disbelief that he (not sure which one of the brothers that own Lucky Yew) sent that to meNeedless to say, it didn't end thereIt got much worseHe sent me additional emails threatening me by saying that he "can't wait to bring me my snow back next time we get snow", slandering me and my family, using profanities, and making discriminatory accusations of "people like me" and "our kind"We live in *** and are a biracial familyThis was a deliberate attack on us, as people, having nothing to do with business any longerAfter receiving more hateful emails from him, I decided to rise above his behavior and I emailed him to let him know that I was sending a check for $to cover that plow invoice, and that he was to never contact me again or come to my homeHis fury continued and he responded to my email saying he would "burn our check" and that "our money was not welcome anymore"I could not, and still cannot, believe that an inquiry about revising a snow plow invoice resulted in this type of behavior- especially to a customer for the past couple of years!
It is necessary for the public to know that this business conducts themselves in this manner, and with zero provocation! I have all of the emails and I am more than willing to share them with anyone who would like to see them for themselvesI hope that this business realizes their fault in this matter and that business isn't conducted like that and you don't speak to people the way they did, or it will result in a negative review of their business, a loss of clientele, and now, a reputation of hurling insults and making discriminatory remarks to paying customers

Lucky Yew Landscaping has been helping us with our snow removal this winterThey have been very hard working and have dug us out of every snow storm They are the most reliable people we have ever worked with by farMy entire street uses their servicesThis is our 4th winter using them and we have recommended them to all our friends and familyI just wanted to thank them for the danger they put themselves in to drive around in deadly blizzard conditions to help old timers like meTruly Gods work they are doing in my opinion

Review: I signed up for the free 7 day trial but wanted to cancel before the 7 days was up. I sent over three emails to customer service but no one got back to me. Instead I was charged for the month of December and it was taken out of my Paypal account, I have since terminated any ongoing payment between them and I. I have copies of the emails that I have sent out to them. I attached them below for your consideration.

Has my trial been cancelled? This is more than three emails, this is horrible customer service.

No one has gotten back to me.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the payment of 9.83 for the month of December because I have tried to cancel since November of this year. No one has responded to my constant emails, this is my onley means of getting the help I need.

I was unable to get in contact with the business as well, but thanks to Paypal the unauthorized charge was placed back into my account by them. I will never use Freeride games again. If it wasn't for setting up the PAYPAL account, who knows what would have happened. people need to know about this business and its practices.
