I ordered a king size bed and mattress before ChristmasI called to see has it came in one person said yes sir it is here we can deliver it on friday after ChristmasCall back Friday and no sir who did you talk to because we don't have it in yetI called back the following Tuesday another salesperson said hold on the the lady *** that sold us the bed said we will call you back I called back before they closed and nobody said anything about calling me about a appointmentSo it's Friday January X XXXX still no bed and now waiting on the manager to call me backI'm sick of the lying from the sales people because they are not on the same pageThey just tell customers what they want to hearI will not do business with them again and I will make sure other military personnel don't do business with them because they lied to me from the start we I purchased the bed and mattress!!

I opened an account with this company back in with a balance of nearly $5k and now 5yrs later I am told a 20% interest was added to my account along the way and now my balance is $4k and I have been religiously paying $every month sinceThey are not able to give me a payment history on my account or break it down for me at allAll I am being told is this is how much I owe and I have to pay it, which is ridiculous! If I am not able to get my payment history explained and revised I will be taking legal matters against this company
