We have rented from Freedom for a little over a year and I have to say this is by far one of the worst realtor companies I have personally worked withThey have scheduled inspections and have yet to come to our home on any occasionI feel that they are deceiving the homeowners at timesOur service/work orders go unnoticed well beyond days, and the employees are hard to communicate with
We have rented from Freedom for a little over a year and I have to say this is by far one of the worst realtor companies I have personally worked with. They have scheduled 2 inspections and have yet to come to our home on any occasion. I feel that they are deceiving the homeowners at times. Our service/work orders go unnoticed well beyond 30 days, and the employees are hard to communicate with.
This Realty does not value their tenant.I moved here from another city and I must admit no repairs completed when you call them you get their voice mail. No return calls. Never again iam Christian but this company is bizarre no team player here, customer service sucks, I pay my rent before its due and I am tired of the fakers need to be investigated. I will be coming out of this contract asap. Thanks they will gladly accept YOUR money but you get no Service.
