I am rejecting this response because:
My my child is years old and not and it is not the hatThey need to own up to their poor quality and unprofessional work I have had pictures down by them previously and they were fine It's unbelievable to me that you wouldn't respond to an unhappy customer That's right I'm a customer who expects much better quality and a responseI did call and emailI can guarantee we will not participate in pictures with this company any longer and I will encourage others not to either Respond to your customers before it gets this far.

In response to the complaint I now notice that the complaint she is referring to is how the baseball cap is on the subjects head This being a Senior team meaning they are between the ages of 12-we do not put the caps on our athletes Unfortunately the way the cap was on the
athlete he had his ear bent by the cap Please review the images attached, it is neither crooked or of bad quality Each image is processed professionally and to the highest standardsWe find it offensive when Mrs*** resorts demeaning our work, we would gladly address this matter however we have not had any messages via the phone from her, as we would have returned her call promptly She did email but only to demean our work and did not request any call backs or further actionPlease see her email pasted below:"I just received my AllStar pictures for GHLL and I have to say they are horribleAs you can see my sons right ear is warped in the pictureHe does not have a deformed earThe team pic is bad as wellNot centered, team is not lined up correctly by height to capture the full effect of the team stance , faces are not clear and its crookedEither the camera was crooked or you printed them crookedOverall a really bad pictureI was hesitant to spend $on pics and now I know I will never do it againWe commit a lot of time and money to this league and team and its just a huge disappointment to receive such poor quality after waiting weeks to get the pictures. Last years pics were nice and clear and that was the reason I ordered them this year. This is the only way I found to contact you as you don't allow for posts or reviews on your Facebook pageI will send the examples to GHLL and I know it probably won't make a difference to them but you should have never delivered pictures this poorly done" As you can see her email was a demeaning and insulting and did not request a response However in light of her dissatisfaction we will gladly refund her money if she will return the images complete to our address *** *** *** *** ** *** along with a tracking number to ensure we receive them Upon receiving them we will then process a refund It is our goal to provide each of our customers with the best in product and images, it is unfortunate that we sometimes fall short of the customers expectation, we will however honor our guarantee
