I purchased a *** *** leather sofa, chairs & ottomans from Harvey's Furniture in Feb It was delivered on March to our home near *** ** Within weeks the chairs were very uncomfortable, so I contacted the store, was told to use it, it just needed to be broken inA couple of months later, it was still uncomfortable, and upon inspection found wires sticking out and poking us in the lower backI contacted the store, they asked me to send pictures, but I told them they had to sit on it to feel it The owner came over to look at the chairs, and felt the wires sticking out, and sent a truck the next week to pick up the chairs to send to manufacturer After months, *** called me and said that *** *** had to redesign the chairs to fix the problem, and he had the chairs delivered to us Within a few days, the chairs were still not comfortableThe cushions were overstuffed now which makes sitting uncomfortable, and there is no longer any supp
