I bought a amplifier from [redacted] and the amplifier went out I took it back to him and he told me that the amplifier was no good and for him to replace it that I would have to pay shipping and handlingI paid the shipping and handling which he charged me which is too much for shipping and handlingI left the shop and days later I noticed a burning smell coming from up under my hood and my music stop playingI popped my hood and the hot wire coming from the battery to the starter had burned up due to in-proper installation and also the installer drilled a hole in the air filter box resulting to the check engine late staying on I took the car back to Frequency and explained to him that my car almost caught fire because of his installer negligence he then told me again that the amplifier had a default and that I would have to pay an additional to ship the amp backI paid the again and two days later I went back to get the amp and when the installer hooked the amp b
