they called wanting to come out and check our ventilation in our home when we questioned who she was and what company she was with she became very rudeAsked her if she was going to try and sell us an air exchange machine at the end of the visit She was "a what" in a tone that talked down to us We told her that being rude would get her no where We hung up She called back and her first words were "What is your problem?" We told her she was coming across like a telemarketer Too make a long story shorter, a few words were exchanged on both sides We hung up She called back and her words were " IT'S BAD FOR YOU THAT I KNOW YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS AND YOU DON'T KNOW MINE, ISN'T IT" I called them back and asked to speak to the business [redacted] manager, to let her know that this is how her business was being represented Needless to say same attitude

Received a scratch ticket in the mail. Won an iPad 4 mini. Called the local phone number and was told prize was awarded by having a rep in our home do a presentation. Rep came, took almost 2 hours while here even though was told would take 20 mins. Did not receive prize, instead got a coupon savings card for some hotels even though we said we don't travel. We were told all the positives about an air exchange being put on our furnace. We were also told the business is Revdex.com accredited (it's not), told he was with the company for 31 years but website says company has been in business for 15 years, website doesn't discuss anything about this type of install, [redacted] We even fed the salesman supper. We fell for it & now we are waiting to see if our small cash down payment will be refunded. And even though he's wasted our time, he's taking this tiny water filter worth $60 that he says was a GIFT for our time. A gift shouldn't be taken away but we would rather have our $, and our private information shredded, than deal with this company. [redacted] I tried several numbers where I received a non-professional voicemail at their end, the sales mans phone he hung up on me, and finally got through to what is the owner of the company apparently. [redacted] The sales man lied left and right.

Approximately one month ago I received a call from [redacted] stating they had been to my house before and would like to return. I questioned the customer service rep about it as I did not remember having my ducts cleaned. The rep stated my address and that they had been to my house before. I asked that they phone back the next day to speak with my spouse. When [redacted] phone again my spouse advised the company they did not attend our house, they mislead me, and we were not interested. Today I received a call from [redacted] with the same opening lines of having been to my house in the past. I was very upset at being LIED to a second time and stated so. No apologies were received and the rep said one more thing and hung up. I DO NOT recommend a company that misleads their customers.

We hung up.

We told her she was coming across like a telemarketer. Too make a long story shorter, a few words were exchanged on both sides.
