To *** *** and the Revdex.com of Central Ohio: I have received this email and the correspondence regarding what Mrs*** experience I will acknowledge that there was miscommunication our end due to new personnel, change in roles, and miscommunication I
apologize for this I asked Bob Bailey to give me an updated summary and he gave me this summary which is consistent with Mrs*** summary:"Mark and I had a conversation with Mark Mand KristenIt seems the original call went thru Mark he scheduled Chase to do a preventative maintenance and fix the bracket on her doorUpon arriving he noticed the sections being damaged and instructed her it would be beneficial to replace the sections.Kristen received the paperwork from operations the next day indicating the amount charged wasn’t collectedKristen proceeded to call and collect the $for the service call (she wasn’t aware of nothing was done at this time) and told (she spoke to a guy) the husband, if we replaced the sections/door we would credit the $towards the repairs Nothing was collected and the home owner never called back as to what they wanted to do.There is a quote in our system #to replace there door, Kristen typed it up last week."I have instructed my team to credit the invoice and no further calls will be made regarding this fee The quote as submitted will not have any credits applied (as hopefully explained) from the initial service call I apologize for the confusion and hopefully this resolution is sufficient Thank you Adam L*** - Hamilton Parker Company

We are very sorry for Mr***'s dissatisfaction and would like to make it right by him. We do see that he purchase two springs from us January 9th of this year in the amount of $on order#***. We do have internal corporate policies that state we would not take return items
after days, but I'm not sure if this was conveyed to him at the time of purchase or if he missed that threshold. Because of this, we are happy to make an exception to our policy and we would be more than happy to offer him a full refund upon the return of the products to our offices at Leonard AveColumbus, Oh43219. When he comes in, he should ask to see Aaron G***, Carolyn T*** or another director within the organization if neither are available, who will help facilitate the return and credit of his payment to his credit card.We appreciate him bringing his dissatisfaction to our attention and appreciate the opportunity to work with him to make it right.
