This is actually a delayed reviewI purchased wood windows from Friendly Windows in mid I decided to give these guys a review because of their customer serviceI had a small piece of plastic break off on a casement window lock, and I was unable to fix it myselfSo I contacted them and they ordered the part for me and replaced it at their own expense! I am really greatfull to have chosen such a nice company that provides prompt serviceThanks again guys

I setup an appointment to replace 10 windows for my parents home in April. We decided to go with them after also getting 1 more quote. The new windows open and close smoothly and Greg did a nice job on the window wraps. Overall a positive experience. I would highly recommend friendly windows to anybody.

We just had close to 40 windows replaced in my family's 4 flat apartment complex downtown. I have to say that I'm really impressed with the final results. Friendly gave us the best price compared to 4 other companies, and they were the most respectful (their guy did not try to "pitch" us into the sale, unlike other companies). After waiting for our [redacted] windows to arrive, one of the people in the office called to schedule the installation (sorry I can't remember his name). Finally when the installation day came, the workers quickly started and got busy. They were able to get one floor done per day, which was quicker than I expected. It got really messy, but the crew cleaned up very well each day. I'm glad I was able to find this company because I had no problems.I had the pleasure to meet almost everybody from the family (since its family owned).Don't hesitate to call these guys.

Working with Friendly Windows was a real pleasure. I easily setup an appointment with David to first go over the types of windows that I wanted to be put in. I really liked how during the presentation, I didn't feel pressured at all. I was being educated on window styles and energy ratings to choose something perfect for my home. As for installation, WOW what a difference that the new windows make! The father & son crew did an awesome job taking out the old windows and installing the news ones. Also the window wraps were done wonderfully, it looks like its just 1 seamless piece with the windows. I really loved working with these guys and will hire them to do my siding possibly next year!
