Review: My dog passed away 2/1/14. About an hour upon arriving home from the vet, I received a call from Ms. [redacted], the owner regarding the cremation. She was hysterical crying; to the point that you couldn't understand her. She apologized saying it was regarding the recent K9 dog who passed away. No remorse for my loss. She went right into business through hysterics and told me my dog would be ready by that Wednesday. Wednesday comes, I don't hear from her so I call. Ask the status of my dog. She proceeds to get annoyed that I called and says she can't possibly drive with the way the weather was and it would be a couple more days. At this point, it is 4 days since my dog passed. I was upset naturally, so I hung up and called my vet who referred her to me. They said they would look into it. I had my husband then call to ask if we could pick his ashes up. She says she will meet us at the vet at 4:30pm. I arrive at the vet about 5 after 4:30, go inside the vet to look for her, nothing. Instead she's in her car. When I approach the car, she says "I don't normally wait for people more than 15 mins". I proceed to tell her that this whole experience has made me extremely uncomfortable and her level of professionalism is near none. She then tells me I don't understand how she felt about the K9 dog, and to put myself in her shoes. Every "sorry" she said was backed up with her being defensive and yelling. I of course argued back. Telling her that she doesn't understand that I am the customer and I lost my dog who is in your possession. All she continued to do was argue with me as if I was wrong and she was right. I finally said I'm just going to talk to the doctor about you and her response was Go ahead, Go ahead. And to top it off, my dog's ashes were in some cheap dollar store tin. I am stunned and shocked to be treated this way considering this is such a personal manner and a loss of a furry friend. Its quite disgusting. I am writing this so other fur-parents can know and not use this business.Desired Settlement: I would love a refund or a partial one but this lady would never agree to it considering its clear as day she has no compassion for other people's losses.
