has indicated, we looked at the unloading procedure and have not found any evidence that his pipe could have been damagedWe evaluated the service procedure and again there was no evidence that this damage could have been done here at this dealershipWhat we have seen is quite a few motorcycles that have come into this dealership with the same type of damage, generally done as a motorcycle is backed against the curb usually leaning to one side or the otherWhen the rider uprights the motorcycle to leave the muffler sits on the curb and is damaged in the same manner as Mr***'s muffler was damaged, often without the rider realizing it has been doneI do not know if this is what happened to his muffler as I was not there when it happenedFrieze H-D does believe in taking care of their customers and will replace his muffler for customer satisfaction
