I have never seen a set of black sheets come through here. I do all of the cleaning myself. All we have access to is they unlock a room for us and we work out of there. The residence have access to get into there & retrieve their clothes. There...

are multiple cleaners that have access to this room and do business. I would remember black sheets because they are rare & I have never seen these sheets. I will follow up with her with a telephone call.

There was a mistype in the complaint and the sheets were white white with three pillow cases. I have contacted them and never heard back. They claim they work out our condo building, and someone unlocks a room for them to work out while they are there. That is not entirely true, they do bring out cleaning up to our door. They have never called me, but I will try and call them also.
