Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this is exzactly my point....they claim I only pd for mos for times but their math does NOT reflect all of my payments and their threats are exactlyt MY COMPLAINT!!! They are illegally refusing to give me my mail and they state "IF YOU DON"T LIKE IT LEAVE!! This person has no right to collect mail and then illegally refuseThis is criminal and shall be dealth with as so [redacted]

This customer opened a mailbox with us on May 5th She paid $for months, which is our minimum rental termHer rent was due Aug 5th & after numerous notices of rent due we received a $ month payment on Nov 6th which only covered her past due rentI extended a month courtesy because she could not understand that she was past due by the full mothsSo her next payment wast due Dec 5th which was not paid until Jan 2nd after more explaining & her insisting that she was over paying.We put notices in all boxes in advance of there due dates & when she got here notice that rent was due March 5th she again became abusive & would not listen or understand how the system works.We have mailboxes that are 99% full with happy customers & have been in business for over yearsWe are not used to nor have we ever been called crooksWe will not be renewing this customer contract as my employees do not need to put up with her verbal abuse.Thank you for the opportunity to set the record straight & get the facts out

We have the receipts for the payments she madeThere is no payment for the second month period which was Aug, Sept, OctIf she has a payment receipt or credit card record for a payment during those months we will refund her with a very sincere apologyShe had access to her mailbox & all her mail up to March 5th when the contract expiredWe have all the mail that was in her box on March 6th & will gladly give it to her when she comes in & returns the mailbox & front door keysany mail that was delivered after March 6th has been returned to sender as we are no longer authorized to receive itIt was explained to her that would not be renewing her rental agreement which would expire March 5th & she should make other arrangementsThat's where the situation is nowI will attempt to contact her & see if we can put this behind us

I am rejecting this response because:their math is unprofessional because I have submitted the receipt and was always told that my payments were for the previous months. [redacted] paid the first payments and when I got the first notice in my box (I am in possession of the notice) states that one month is free then I was told that there was a minimum of 3 months and the free month was not applicable for less than 6 mos. I was forced to make a payment twice, when they claimed all of my payments were not posted because"You were 3 most.behind" I will file a formal complaint with Federal law. They claim they have all of their boxes rented,by happy customers BUT that is NOT true. They have no intention of returning my money for service I didn't get
