FTD.com did call me and we agreed to what WOULD resolve the issueI received the "Apology Flower Arrangement" todayUpon opening the box, the flowers WERE NOT FRESH & I was not satisfiedAt least people in the school office agreed with comments like "that's not accecptable" and "I know nothing about flowers but as a husband I know enough NOT to bring those flowers home." Also, I have not received confirmation from my nephew that the credit has appeared on his card statement

I placed an order online and the recipient did not receive the flowers on the scheduled delivery dateI then called FTD's customer service regarding my order, asking what happenedI was told that the order was cancelledNaturally, I asked why the order was cancelled and why I was never notified of the cancellation, especially since I saw the transaction (~$78) on my credit cardAfter being transferred, placed on hold, and hung up on, the answer I got was "we have a representative looking into this and we will email you in about half an hour."
I never received a follemailI called back the next day asking what happened with my orderAt this point, I checked my credit card activity and luckily the transaction was removed, but I still wanted to know what happened with the orderThe answer I got: "based on the [the order number] you provided, I cannot provide you with additional details, other than that your credit card was not charged."
"I cannot provide you with additional details." ??!! I see the order details in my FTD account (order number, item description, recipient information, scheduled delivery date, billing information, etc.)If I see all this information in my account, I do not know why they cannot tell me what happened with the orderThey need to take some responsibility; this is completely unacceptableCustomer Service was horrible; their representatives, particularly the last one I spoke to, gave me a lot of attitudeI will not order from FTD again

FTD is the worst choice for a flower delivery serviceThe first time I used this site, the flowers were delieverd to the wrong address and I had to personally go pick them up and deliver to the recipientI wish I hadn't because then I actually saw that they looked like which my year old niece could've done a better job with hand picked weeds from the ground
I gave them a second chance, and again, was beyond disappointed and aggravatedThe flowers were not delieverd on the scheduled date, I called and they told me they can upgrade and send out tomorrow, which would be days AFTER the woman's BIRTHDAYI said it was unacceptable and they were able to deliver the flowers the following day, but the arrangement was again, terrible and came in the WRONG boxI paid for a happy birthday box and it came in a clear vaseDo not use them for anything! Terrible flowers, terrible customer service, and for the money you are spending, you will get better quality and care ANYWHERE else, even your local grocery store

We have confirmed that a refund was posted equaling the amount charged to the customer's method of payment, and our offer still stands for a complimentary arrangement

The flowers never arrived! My wife sent out flowers to me a day before my birthdayNo deliveries, on calling twice they said they will work with local florists and re-deliverNothing arrived even a day laterMy wife called thrice that day was ensured they will confirm via email that complaint is in redressalWorst experience ever, couldn't understand clearly what their call center representatives are speaking most of the times

I ordered flowers and balloons using same day delivery service I paid the extra fee for same day delivery yet the balloons did not arrive until the next day My order # is *** and I made an online request to get a refund No one ever got back to me I would like a refund on AT LEAST the delivery fee

FTD does not honor its own advertisements when offering discounts for coupons I did a *** search for FTD and a site from FTD was providing several coupon offers from the following link: FTD® Up to 25% Off - FTD.com?
When I clicked on the desired coupon it took me directly to the FTD floral selection site When checking out the coupon was not supplied I contacted the FTD customer service and explained the problem The bottom line is they refused to honor their own advertised online coupon and blamed this on *** and the funeral home the flowers were being sent to FTD is not to be trusted in honoring any of their advertised coupon discounts

A full refund was posted in the amount of $on 6/16/date to Mr. ***'s credit card for the late delivery, which occurred on 6/date. Additionally, we have worked withMr. ***l'sairline membership to apply the miles
that correspond to the offer he purchased through. Additionally, as a goodwill gesture the airline posted an additional 1,milesWe are very sorry thatMr. ***l'sorder experience did not meet his expectations
