Fuller Paving & Development Inc

Review: [redacted] hired Fuller Pavement & Development Inc to complete some parking lot repairs at our Temecula Branch. They provided us the original bid for work on 11/27/2013 and in turn the manager of the region signed and dated it 12/3/2013 and a purchase order was created and signed and all documentation was sent to [redacted] - owner of Fuller Pavement & Development. There were a couple of changes made and a second bid sent on 12/10 and a purchase order created and sent on 1/30. As of todays date 3/27/2014 nothing has been scheduled and the work has not been completed. There have been multiple emails and phone calls sent to [redacted] from the manager of the region [redacted] and he has not responded. We have cancelled the service and will be hiring another company to complete the work.Desired Settlement: We just hope that something like this doesn't happen to another company or individual. We would like Fuller Pavement & Development to understand how important follow through is and that when they promise to provide a service that they complete the work that was promised.
