We would not honor their warranty on a iPhone caseI have a photo of the receipt that I took the day of I bought the caseI do this because the receipts always fade or I missed placed themWhen I bought the phone case they said the photo would work for a return In less than six months I needed the case replaced went to the store showed the photo of the receipt they told me to print the photoI printed the photo weeks later and return to the store for the exchangeThey now tell me I needed the original receiptWhen asked for their policy they showed me a sign next to the register that said Exchange with receipts onlyA photo of the receipt constitutes a receipt of purchaseThey will not honor their warrantyThey were very rude in the processI have photos proving all of this I have also submitted a complaint with the [redacted] ***
