Today, I spoke with [redacted], Groupon Customer Service Representative. She confirmed that Ms. [redacted] made a second purchase from Groupon via their website in March 2016, not January 2016, as previously stated in her complaint. In addition, Groupon...

confirmed that a refund was issued to Ms. [redacted] in June 2016, as is their policy when the voucher cannot be redeemed because of their limit on purchases policy.
Attached, please find a copy of the email correspondence that we sent to Ms. [redacted] on April 18, 2016. It contains actual fine print copied directly from the Groupon website. It clearly states that there is a limit of 1 per person.
In response to the two additional sessions that Ms. [redacted] has left, our medical practice is both professional and ethical, all that is needed is for her to contact us and schedule her appointment. If she still insists on a refund, she would need to contact Groupon as she purchased the service from them and the contract in question is between her and Groupon.
