I've been an investor on the Fundrise platform since October, and have found them to be a very responsive and open company to deal with All communications are answered promptly, all tax filings have been on time, and the investment projections have been accurate to date (knock on wood)

Great product with pretty good returns

Fundrise sure has been a great company for me! They have always been up front with me, and every investment has been as they have described !

Had a negative experience over receiving my tax info...my printer was not working and I was told that they would not send me a hard copy of that info...the explanation for that decision seemed arrogant and insensitive to my predicamentOther than that, my communications with the company have been positive

Fundrise makes real estate investing for the small investor very simple with their easy to use website You don't have to be an accredited investor or invest large sums of money to get a piece of the action and the returns are steady and good(7-10%) This is a safer alternative then investing in the stock market Their customer service is also very good I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a good investment
