We spoke with this customer on the morning of 9/when the customer care email she sent on Sunday was received by our service departmentThe customer was provided the exact merchandise that was purchased but decided that it didn't feel the same as it did in the storeIn the interest of quick resolution, this customer has been given the opportunity to return her merchandise with no restock or delivery fees so that she may seek out a sleep solution more to her preferenceDuring our call the emphasis remained on communicating that our company doesn't misrepresent or "bait and switch" products regardless of their misunderstandings during the purchasing processThis return and refund is scheduled to occur on 9/

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: On 9/11/2014, ALL items purchased from Furniture Deals were picked up from our home As of this morning, only a partial credit was issued to my account I was told the credit would be in full I do not, at this time, have ANY items as every item was picked up I am requesting a FULL and immediate refund Regards, [redacted]

After the initial experience with our company it seemed best to offer the customer the opportunity to seek services elsewhere. At the time in which the merchandise was picked up a full refund for the purchase should have been issued. Our finance department mistakenly did not process this as such. It is being resolved immediately and will reflect the adjustments made on the customer's next billing statement.

On 9/11/2014, ALL items purchased from Furniture Deals were picked up from our home.  
As of this morning, only a partial credit was issued to my account. 
I was told the credit would be in full.  I do not, at this time, have ANY items as every item was picked up.  I am requesting a FULL and immediate refund.
