I am rejecting this response because: The statements that were made by the company is very falseAt this time I would like to summit copies from other residents the company has had from their Facebook page in the past to prove their characterAlso to show the disrespect from the employees of Blessed propertyAlso I would like to summit a list of all of my rental companies I have used over the last years to show my characterI can have them prove that I have never had an attitude with any of the staff and I was a very nice and respectful tenant throughout my entire leaseI believe It would help out to get background information on both partiesI do have the information about the character of this company, it was public information on a websiteIt hurts to be treated like this by this companyThey continue to do this to people and that's not rightI will be emailing the Revdex.com the documents I have and a list of my rental companies I have used in the pastThanks Revdex.com for taking the time and helping me handling this situationI greatly appreciate your helpHope to hear from you soon

Customer service is terribleThey don't reply to calls, e-mails, or left messagesJonathan is the only one who seems to be able to get things done (I use the word done loosely)Unfortunately, he only works Monday, Wednesday, and FridayThe staff is rude when speaking to them on the phone or in personThey do not follow through on maintenance issuesThe lock on my back door has been broken from the day I moved inI would never recommend this company to anyone especially military familiesToo much drama with no organization or business senseI wish I could give a better review for a company with such a name but it's truly just a marketing tool to catch good peopleIt is also sad that the owner is a prior senior NCO and obviously lacks just about all of the Army Values

I've chosen to not respond to Revdex.com complaints. I've only had two others in the past. Both have been from tenants who failed to read their lease and lease addendums and did not conduct themselves according to the lease. Those complaints to include this one are for what they believe to be poor customer service after we've pointed out their mistake or misunderstanding. The person that made the complaint in this case was given a full refund of all monies paid to Blessed Properties. No harm was done to this consumer. Blessed Properties has not conducted itself in an unethical manner. This is the last communication I will have with the Revdex.com or this person concerning this matter. Thank you for your time. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountere. They are very rude and find a way to charge you for everything

I have read the "complaint".  The information provided to the Revdex.com has been incorrectly stated.  We initially found that Ms. [redacted] lied on her rental application which automatically disqualifies any applicant but we decided to overlook that and work with her anyway.  As we proceeded...

with the application process Ms. [redacted] was very difficult and disrespectful.  After approving her application and notifying her that her application was approved, we then informed her that she needed to come in to pay the security deposit for the property that she applied for.  Ms. [redacted] failed to do so.  Another family applied for the same property.  Their application was approved and they immediately paid the security deposit to secure the property.  Prior to showing the other family the property, we notified Ms. [redacted] that we had someone else interested in the same property that she applied for and that if she really was interested in renting this particular property, that she would need to come in to pay the security deposit,.  She failed to do so.  We informed Ms. [redacted] that the property she applied for was no longer available and informed her of another property.  She was very agitated by this fact and stated that "people don't look out for you like they used to".  We reminded her that this is a business and that we have an obligation to our Property Owners to rent their property in the shortest time possible and that we cannot take a property off the market without a security deposit.  From that point Ms. [redacted] was very nasty, rude and disrespectful with my entire staff. She did not want to comply with our rental procedures and requirements.  She was very accusatory of my business being a scam and cheats. It was at that time that I very calmly told Ms. [redacted] that she has alienated my entire staff and has been very disrespectful to everyone she dealt with in my office.  I further told her that I did no think this would be good for either party going forward.  I gave Ms. [redacted] a full refund of her application fee and the full amount of the security that she paid.  Ms. [redacted] was very unapologetic for her actions and behavior towards my staff.

The worst property management company ever! I have an outstanding rental history! I have received my full deposit back from past two rentals, I just want to make that clear. Maintenance issues, don't expect prompt service, you are a check not a priority. Every 3 month's they do home inspections, which is fine. However a week later be prepared to get an email stating they are charging you for something. I was told my yard was not properly cut, and was going to be reinspected.
Mind you my yard looks better than 90% on the block. The minute I mentioned going to legal the ordeal was dropped. However, while at work, my neighbors witnessed company coming to my house taking pictures. My wife and I meticulously care for every property we rent. Being military I am scheduled to PCS, upon giving my 30 day notice, the first thing I am told is that the rent will not be prorated. Mind you I will be leaving on the 10th. The lady at the desk Tammie is by far the rudest individual I have ever met. This company goes out of its way to screw over its tenants. I will be reporting them to jag, and housing to get them black listed. Read all the reviews, multiple sites have them. I promise if it's positive, its written by an employee. I have come to terms with cutting my losses, however if I can prevent anyone else from making the same mistake I am going to. I WILL be taking hundreds of pictures upon leaving, expecting them to have reasons not to give me my deposit back, at which point I will employ an attorney. There are plenty of other rental companies here in [redacted] How they have a C rating on here is beyond me, it should be an F, and removed from Revdex.com.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER*THEY HAVE NO SUCH MEANS OF ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE*I MEAN I KNOW YOU WORK FOR THE LANDLORD BUT AT THE SAME TIME WE AS RENTERS PAY THE RENT WHICH IN TERMS PAY THE OWNER MORTGAGE AND ANY FEES THAT BLESSED PROPERTIES CHARGE FOR RENTING OUT THE PROPERTY LET ALONG KEEPING BLESSED PROPERTIES IN BUSINESS BY RENTING FROM THESE RUDELY PEOPLE*I THINK IF PEOPLE WAS TO KNOW HOW RUDE AND HOW THEY TREAT YOU AS WELL AS THE WAY THEY SPEAK WITH YOU WAS THEN THEY WOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AT ALL*BUT OF COURSE WHEN PEOPLE IS IN NEED AND NEED SOMEWHERE TO STAY THEY WILL TAKE THE 1ST THING THAT COMES THINKING THAT THE RIGHT CHOICE WAS MADE*THAT IS WHAT I DID AND I STRONGLY REGRET IT*AND ANOTHER THING TAMMY BY THE WAY IS MOST LIKLELY THE RUDEST ONE OF THE ALL*NO MATTER WHAT YOU CALL ABOUT IT SEEMS AS IF THE CONVERSATION GOES TO THE LEFT WITH THEM EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE BY THE WAY THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO BE NAMED BLESSED PROPERTIES AS A COMPANY!!!! OH YEA IT DO NOT HELP WITH TRYING TO GET HELP ABOUT ISSUES OR WORK ORDERS WHEN TRYING TO RESOLVE THEM BECAUSE 1ST YOU ARE GOING TO SPEAK WITH TAMMY WHICH IS OR SUPPOSE TO BE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND THEN WHEN YOU AND HER DISAGREE FOR SO LONG YOU ARE GOING TO GET TASHA AND TASHA IS GOING TO FIGURE OUT A WAY BACK UP TAMMY AND THEN ONCE IT DO NOT GO WELL WITH YOU AND TASHA YOU WILL ALL OF SUDDEN GET PATRICK WHICH IS TASHA HUSBAND....YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEAN
