Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and I want to say that yes they did refund $on January *, to my account, but that was not the full amount The original purchase was made on November **, 2014, which my bank processed on November **, in the total amount of $and my bank charged me a international fee of cents, so yes Futurlec did give me a partial refund I just want it to be clear that I placed my original order on November **, 2014, Futurlec confirmed my order on the same day, I never heard anything from Futurlec about my order after the initial acceptance confirming my order On December *, I emailed Futurlec asking about the status of my order, they replied on December *, saying it was out of stock, so on December *, I cancelled the order and on December [redacted] Futurlec responded and said my order was canceled and I will receive my refund in week On December [redacted] I sent my first email to Futurlec about not receiving my refund, I received no reply from Futurlec, on January *, I sent another email and I received no reply from Futurlec again That is when I decided to contact the Revdex.com, and it is just bad when you have to file a complaint over $6.24, but when you are a student and you don't make a lot of money every cent counts, you can't afford to let a company take advantage of you and rip you off, so thank you for getting involved I just wanted to make it clear I did receive a refund from Futurlec it was not a full refund Sincerely, [redacted] ***

 I have waited for well over two weeks for these parts to arrive. The original reason was over two parts I still needed the others. Because they went back and fourth for so long I have now lost the trust of someone I was trying to help with a component. Then they want me to just go elsewhere? That is too easy and they will do it to other customers I want them to realize that this is not the way to run a business. Put adds out showing parts and prices, and then never update the list as to what they have or not. The parts should be taken off the list of products offered. Not just the ones I ordered but also the alternatives they advertised they had and didn't have them either. I want what they have that I ordered mailed to me and they can keep the change. What a bunch of cheap skates.

The original purchase was made on November **, 2014, which my bank processed on November **, 2014 in the total amount of $6.24 and my bank charged me a international fee of .19 cents, so yes Futurlec did give me a partial refund.  I just want it to be clear that I placed my original order on November **, 2014, Futurlec confirmed my order on the same day, I never heard anything from Futurlec about my order after the initial acceptance confirming my order.  On December *, 2014 I emailed Futurlec asking about the status of my order, they replied on December *, 2014 saying it was out of stock, so on December *, 2014 I cancelled the order and on December * Futurlec responded and said my order was canceled and I will receive my refund in 1 week.  On December ** I sent my first email to Futurlec about not receiving my refund, I received no reply from Futurlec, on January *, 2015 I sent another email and I received no reply from Futurlec again.  That is when I decided to contact the Revdex.com, and it is just bad when you have to file a complaint over $6.24, but when you are a student and you don't make a lot of money every cent counts, you can't afford to let a company take advantage of you and rip you off, so thank you for getting involved.  I just wanted to make it clear I did receive a refund from Futurlec it was not a full refund.

Review: I ordered an LCD Display from the Futurlec website [redacted]. The order number I was given is: [redacted]. At the time of placing the order, no indication was made that the item is out of stock. Upon contacting them about my order status (via email since they have no phone) I was notified that the item was not yet shipped because it was out of stock, and that it would not be shipped for another 3 - 4 business days. I then sent a follow-up email requesting to cancel the order. I have not received a response to this email yet.Desired Settlement: Cancel order and refund payment in full.

Review: Hi,

So I have ordered a few things from Futurlec.com with no problems, but my last two orders I placed (and the payments went through for you back on the [redacted] of September and [redacted] of October coming to a bit more then $200.00) never where mailed out to me. They have no phone number, just a fax number and an email address, so I email them on the [redacted] of October about my September order not arriving but they have not gotten back to me, so I wrote again this week on October [redacted], seeing what is the hold up, and again asking for tracking information, and still no one wants to respond to me. I'm starting to think that there is a problem on your there end.The Order # [redacted] and Order #[redacted] are missing as of right now. I have paid for both of these orders in full, plus shipping cost and yet they are keeping the products and my money. I just want my order.Desired Settlement: Please let me know what is going on as soon as possible as these are parts we needed last month. Also, I need them to pay for over night shipping for these orders as they should have had them to us quite a while ago.

They keep saying that but if you go to there website [redacted] it clearly states that they have them in stock and we have even tried ordering more form them, but they have yet to give us any of the orders and we paid to have the shipping upgraded, everytime. At this point I do not trust that we will ever see our order, I need to get my full money back shipping and all so that I can buy the product from a different vendor. With out this part we can not fill our orders to our clients. I can not wait any longer I have to get them else were. Thank you for your help in taking care of this.

Review: On 06/**/14 I placed an online order (Order [redacted]) for electronic components and was notified that they were unable to "clear the amount from my credit card" for the order. I was advised to place a blank order using my credit card and then notify them how to match up the two for payment. Instead of a blank order on 06/**/14 I placed a second order (Order [redacted]) for additional components. The one order was in the amount of $39.07 and the other $86.82 billed against my credit card. Over the next month I received a few communications with this or that part not being available and what did I want to do. Each time I told them to drop the part from the order and ship the rest. Some parts listed the ETA as 2-3 days, and my order would ship by the end of the week. I have received no parts from Futurlec and the last email I received was on 06/**/14. They have not responded to my repeated emails first to ask the order status and on 07/**/14 my order cancellation and refund request.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and an explanation why they don't respond to customer inquiries.

Review: I ordered electronic parts on 10/**/15 and received an order confirmation # ([redacted]) from the Sales manager, who

thanked me for my order but didn't provide his name. I am waiting for a shipping confirmation. I wanted to check the status of my order, but I cannot contact Futurlec by phone,(evidently, they don't have a phone) and all of their E-mail addresses, except for placing orders, seem to be invalid.Desired Settlement: To find out if this is a legitimate business that provides customer service or even cares about having customers,

and to have my order delivered.

Review: I ordered $28 dollars worth of parts. After 2 weeks of no status updates, I emailed to check the status of the order. I was told the part were on back order and the order would ship when their in. This was in July of 2013, I have emailed several times to cancel the order, and get a refund, check status and attempt to resolve. Review: I ordered part number USTR40-14A, Waterproof Ultrasonic Sensor II, on **December 2013. Tracking on their WEB site shows item shipped 01/**/2014. I've never received the item. I've tried to contact the company via email and cannot obtain a viable phone number to call.Desired Settlement: I prefer they respond, fulfill the order and deliver the merchandise. If not, I request a refund so I can purchase the item elsewhere.

Review: I placed an order on May **, 2015 for $68.70 + $1.86 Foreign Transaction Fee and received a confirmation e-mail with order number [redacted]. On June [redacted] I sent them the following e-mail "My order number is [redacted] and I was just wondering when I would be receiving it. It has already been 4 weeks and I would just like to know where it is." I received a follow up e-mail on June [redacted] stating "The FLOWMETER2 is currently out of stock. A new shipment will arrive at our warehouse in 2-3 months when your order is shipped." The irony is that their website says it is in stock, but I guess they never update their stock online. On August [redacted], I sent the following e-mail "Any new update on when my order will ship? It's been 3 months since I placed the order." I received a follow up e-mail on August [redacted] stating "Still no stock." On September [redacted], I sent the following e-mail "Any new update on when my order will ship? It's now been 4 months since I placed the order and that's fairly ridiculous. Please let me know what the hold up is. Thanks." I didn't receive any follow up e-mail and sent another e-mail on October [redacted] stating "Didn't get a response back a couple weeks ago. I'm still wondering when my order from 4.5 months ago is going to ship. Order number [redacted]." I again didn't receive any follow up e-mail and sent another e-mail on October [redacted] stating "I'm still wondering when my order from 5 months ago is going to ship. Order number [redacted]. If you can't fulfill the order, then I would like a refund."

It has now been 5 months since my order was placed and haven't seen any product whatsoever. It has also been 2 months since I've heard anything from the company.Desired Settlement: I'd like my product that I ordered 5 months ago delivered immediately and if they can't do that then I would like my entire refund including the foreign transaction fee. This has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

Review: I ordered electronic parts from this company on 2/**/14 and over a week later, I had to contact the company via email about the order, since they don't have a phone!. I received an email back a couple of days later stating the items were on back order and they were receiving an order the following week and I would have them 3-4 days later! Its now 3/**/14 and the parts have't arrived nor have I received a tracking # or any emails about the order! My credit card paid for the order first thing in the morning on 2/**/14.Desired Settlement: Refund of my money and a if the company wishes to continue doing business, that they have a phone# and a customer service that can be called to find out the status of an order. Also if a part is back ordered contact the customer before continuing with the transaction, so they can get the part somewhere else or wait for the part to come in!
