Mrs. [redacted] had a roof that had hail damage. The roof was leaking badly at that time. We moved her up on the schedule but it rained until we got to it. When we finished the roof, there was a troublesome leak that took us a few times to address. At that time she said the leaking after the roof was...

done created the damage to a sofa and she wanted the window sills replaced. She gave us a bill of $6,800.00 and told us the roof was still leaking. I told her that I am not so sure that the damage she incurred was not due to the original leaking, but that we would be happy to send the guys out to fix the leak. She said that if the owner did not go out there and we sent the guys she would call the police. That negates the warranty.
