G. Cain Fence

Review: 1. Business owner[s] stated that all work would be completed in professional workman quality. a. employees of the business cut into brand new siding on both house and garage. Business Owners stated untrue, they did no damage to my property, when I called to complain. The cuts in siding are at the level of the fence. b. The poles are not cut level at the top, caps sit crooked. 2. Unprofessional behavior - Business Owners stated that [she] would be there when job was completed to go over the work. a. She left before I got home to inspect the work. Business Owner left 3 male employees to receive payment. Employees stated they were not to leave until they received a check in full payment.3. Invoice was to be adjusted for incorrect footage. a. When homeowner questioned business owner, she stated that she would correct the error and send a check for difference. No refund has been issued. Business owner will not answer phone calls {caller ID}.Desired Settlement: Monetary settlement for incorrect footage and repair to siding. Repair to siding to be done by another company. I do not want Lee Cain Fence and Construction on my property again.
