promised you - when someone called SDAR on your behalf SDAR to inquire about a booth rental, the booth you mention, #441, was in fact available but not "promised" to you in any mannerYou did not actually sign up until just before the event, however, and when you did #*** was already rentedThere was no hold placed on any booth, all of which were rented on a first come, first served basisThere was no bad faith involved whatsoeverYou did show up with materials, you used the booth the entire day and you had an equal opportunity to sell your product with all of the other vendorsThus SDAR does not believe that your complaint is valid, or that you were misled in any wayNonetheless, in purely a gesture of good will, SDAR is willing to return your $both rental feeIf you will please email me your mailing address and the payee to ***@***.com, I will have SDAR mail you a check in that amount*** ***
