Contract was signed on [redacted] and he was suppose to start work right away and has yet to start and now will not answer any texts or calls.The contract details are1. Rebuild cabinet to work in kitchen around over-sized refrigerator. Rehang and install fillers.- Price [redacted]2. Install 6 replacement windows. I don't want me deposit back I want him to do the work period!Desired SettlementI am not willing to take my deposit back at this point I want him to do the work that we both signed the contract for the amount that was noted! I have waited sense the first day he came here [redacted] for this work to get done.. I do not want to start over with someone new.. just want the work I paid for!! I have been very understanding with all the snow and he has promised me day after day and I just want the work complete! please help me get this work done to my house that I have already paid [redacted] of the cost of it! I have lost a lot of money in heat already over door and windows being original! I have tried calling and texting him for 6 days now and he will not reply or answer and last contact with him he was planning to come here tomorrow.. another day promised by him..
