George continues to  be deceitful. Yes he did offer me to buy new cases for $5 which I stated previously. He did not offer any deals as far as the screen protectors were concerned. What he did say and I quote "I have your screen protectors on my desk, do you want them?" I was misled and would have returned the same night but the store closed even while dealing with one of the phone lines not working that night. I returned 2 more days in a row and was at the store 2 or more hours and was told my kids were being unappreciative. But that's fine. I will not patronize this business ever again and I will definitely blog and put my experience out there to others. George was not present the last night that I encountered the rudeness while having to sit and wait for him to return a call because he would not answer for his employees. I guess my time doesn't matter either. If I was happy from the very beginning I would not have returned and tried to come to a fair resolution the next day.

deal on phones and the [redacted] 2 was the only free phone.   The [redacted] 5 is newer and was available but not for the buy one gets one free special. After getting the phone home she was unhappy. We exchanged the phones per our return policy under buyer’s remorse.  We told [redacted] that we could not return the cases or screen protectors because they are used and the manufacture would not give credit for used equipment.  The customer was also offered to give her cases to her new phones for $5.00 when the retail price is $24.99 and new screen protectors for half price. As far as old cases, the customer took the case and told Emma she would sell them and the old screen protectors are not reusable.  If you have any more concerns or questions feel free to email or call me.
