Review: Robert and his dad Samuel - the owners and contractors provided me a quote to install tile backsplash in my kitchen and under-cabinet LED lighting. He took the entire amount upfront and said the work will be done in a day to day and a half. After almost a week of on and off work (due to several excuses) they have disappeared without completing the work and causing more damage to my house. 1. They have not completed installing the backsplash. What they have installed is a total mess with grout all over the tiles, uncut sharp edges and absolutely no alignment.2. He claimed to be a licensed electrician and in trying to install a simple LED light strip, he has blown my kitchen circuit. All the outlets in the kitchen are dead and his diagnoses is to change the main kitchen breaker from a 20A to 30A (which I refused to do). He is certainly not a trained electrician.3. They set up a tile cutting board on my newly painted patio (painted 2 days before they showed up) and now it has all the grout and white marks all over. I had paid about $1K for the patio painting and will have to call them back to do it.4. Very unprofessional with clean-up. Never cleaned up and always had some excuse to rush out of the house each day. I just remodeled my kitchen a week before they came and got a new sink. They left grout in the sink and we were left scrubbing each night.These guys have stopped answering my calls and are ignoring my messages. The work promised was never completed and instead have added major electrical hazards to my house. I have lost a lot of time and money due to these guys and will be taking this matter to court.I have evidence of all payment that was made to them and photo's that depict all the damage they caused. Also, I have a letter from a professional contractor that depicts the state the house right now, before he fixes everything. (This is the same contractor who remodeled the rest of my kitchen and patio). He needs to gut everything and redo what these guys messed up.Desired Settlement: I want a settlement for the entire amount it costed me due to their negligence. The amount will all evidence and detail will be explained in court.
