Review: [redacted] has been our website design and maintenance provider since 2011. It appears that they have been bought-out by Gadzoog. Neither company has properly notified us, nor have they been responding to our calls or E-mails for almost a month now, and the E-mail contact that we also have on file is still active and not kicking back an error message.If they are unable to continue providing us service, we need to be able to transfer our domain rights in order build a completely new website, which will cost us thousands of dollars. This company has put us at a standstill, and we have time-sensitive information that needs to be updated onto our site. This is affecting our customer relations and is incredibly inconvenient.Desired Settlement: We need the Revdex.com to intercede for requesting a response, or they are penalized through Revdex.com rating after their allotted time to respond.
