putting over [redacted] dollars into it ms. [redacted] came out she was referred by her father who bought a car from us 2-3 weeks previously. This vehicle was sold AS IS /NO WARRANTY the customer signed the forms saying they are responsible for all repairs in the future. They were more than welcome to bring a mechanic with them but did not however when we sold the vehicle we were confident we were selling a good car the mechanic checked it out and made the repairs he said were necessary. the customer now is saying there are more codes that its pulling and theres no telling what was done to the vehicle and who tried to repair the vehicle at this point as she said she has a mechanic still working on it. on to the parts and labor there was no warranty saying if she bought the parts we would provide the labor I'm not a mechanic I don't have a large profit margin on each vehicle this is my first 6 months in business and we don't have the money to be repairing peoples vehicles at this time especially when there is a contract that says vehicle is sold as is. we were up front about all repairs is her responsibility. she test drove it and liked it I don't know what happened to the vehicle after it left my lot she quoted that the owner me and the salesman sounded like the same person that's irrelevant. no comment that's ridiculous we were up front about the tires and tune up and that there was a check engine light on which always often results in codes which is her problem this was disclosed as well . these cars are ran through the auction this is a car that was sold for [redacted] dollars including sales tax and plates you cant expect a perfect car. we are not the original purchasers people tamer with cars before we buy them and there are sometimes things that we don't notice we drive the cars and do our best to make sure that the motor and transmissions are good as far as sensors (engine codes) we are not responsible for we gave these people a huge discount suggested retail is [redacted] on this vehicle we gave her a great price and only managed to barley break even on the car . Also If you need paperwork faxed where she signed saying she is responsible for repairs the vehicle is sold as is just give us a call its unfortunate that she is having issues with the vehicle but its been 1 week since she filed this but 2 weeks that the vehicle has been out of our hands and theres no telling what has/could o been done to it. the customer never came in and asked to speak to me the owner never even came in person so that's why they didn't get the owner and they got the sales rep the first time they called. all my info is in the paperwork. however I cant afford to pay for sensors in something that is sold as is if they wanted a warranty they should of bought from someone else my cars are sold outright cash only and every car is sold as and they were aware of that upon purchasing it also it sounds like an interment problem considering she continued to drive the car after it "broke down " to go get tires. Theres nothing I can do in this situation

I do not accept this business's response because they knowingly sold me an unsafe vehicle and still refuse to do anything to remedy the situation. I have voice recordings and messages to prove that I have been in contact with this business unlike what they said in their response. I had struggled to get in contact with the owner, I had to ask for his information multiple times. They agreed to help with the cost of repairs and I have multiple people who heard them say this on the phone. I didn't have the option to take the car to a mechanic before I bought it, I couldn't even test drive alone. After purchase and after the car broke down I took it to a reputable mechanic who found out that they had glued broken parts so the car would run long enough to sell it. I didn't do anything to damage the car like this business is accusing me of, I had a licensed mechanic do the work. Their response is unacceptable because they are still taking no responsibility for their actions. They are nothing but crooks.

when the vehicle left the lot it ran and drove fine like I said previously the car is as is and we have the paperwork on that the one that says dealer will not pay for any repairs after date of sale the one that she signed. The customer was 100% allowed to take the vehicle to the mechanic she would of just had to have someone ride with her. customer is assuming that we did things to the vehicle to "make it last" knowing that we buy these cars from the auto auction and considering the car is over 10 years old I'm sure more than just one mechanic has worked on it. The car is sold as is and if there was an agreement that we were so called paying for repairs it would need to be in writing let alone it was never stated and that is false as well. Also I'm not sure how she so called struggled to get in contact with me because my personal and business phone number is on the bill of sale ! I will not take responsibility for these false acquisitions
