Gainesville BP (U-Haul)

Review: This issue has been going on for many years at this station, but I've finally just had enough. They advertise a cheaper price for gas when you pay cash or BP credit card. So I go there sometimes when I have a [redacted] Loyalty Rewards coupon that gives an additional 30cents per gallon discount. I then pay with a BP credit card. Every other station in town gives the full 30cents discount, but this one only gives 20cents. I go inside and ask why, and they say that I didn't use a BP card, so I show them my card, and they respond 'must be a glitch'. I've also been charged the full price for gas without the loyalty coupon when using my BP card on many occasions, with the same explanation after going inside to ask why. This station is very busy, being next to an interstate exchange, so I can just imagine the extra profits for them after doing this day in and day out to thousands of customers. Personally, I think this is happening at literally thousands of stations nationwide every single day, so maybe this complaint can start a movement to demand that it stop.Desired Settlement: Stop this practice of bait and switch deceit.
