automobile was sold on an AS IS basis with all warranties of every kind, type, and nature disclaimed Ms*** knew this was a used automobile and she accepted it on an AS IS basis with all warranties disclaimed, and after she inspected the vehicle and was satisfied with its condition.• To the extent my client agreed to do anything extra for the automobile, everything that would have been included in a written WE OWE document was satisfied, in full, by my client.My client has informed me that Gama Auto sold Ms*** GAP Insurance GAP Insurance covers the "gap" between what a person would owe on a car loan and what the car is worth in the event of a covered loan Apart from this, my client did not sell Ms*** any service warranty.Ms*** bought a used AS IS vehicle from my client The complaint is that the vehicle is inoperable - a used vehicle purchased two years ago for which my client has no obligation to repair Gama Auto fully performed its obligations under the contract with Ms*** There are no other allegations of consumer fraud, poor treatment, bad business practices, nor do any of those things existMs*** presents nothing.As resolution to this matter, Ms***'s Revdex.com complaint should be dismissed and disregarded
