On May 9, 2015 [redacted] placed an order with us for a specific 2015 [redacted] and specified that based on availability he would like to complete the transaction on May 15 2015. Not having the specific vehicle in stock customer was made aware that  we would have locate it. The specific...

vehicle was located and available for us to pick up on May 15, Sarkis one of our managers informed custromer of this and agreement reached that we would pick up the vehicle on Friday the 15th and customer would pick up his new [redacted] on Monday May 18th. [redacted] sent drivers and pick up vehicle on Friday and proceed to get it ready for customer pickup on Monday. When customer did not arrive to take delivery of his new Vehicle dealer contacted customer and at this time customer stated they no longer want the vehicle. The purchase and sale agreement Clearly indicates "non Refundable Deposit" and this line is signed by [redacted] complied with all term of the agreement.Locating a vehicle and bringing it in is a very costly process which is why there is a separate line on the purchase and sale agreement indicating the non refundable deposit. Additionally to eliminate any chance of a misunderstanding we require the customer to sign on this line.

Sir, the verbiage on the purchase and sale agreement that you signed states "Del by 5/15/2015 Based on availability" : Availability allowed us to secure a vehicle that met your specific request and given that it was a Friday afternoon you agreed to take delivery on Monday the 18th. Under No Circumstance would we purchase a vehicle from another dealer and send drivers to pick it up and bring back if you had not agreed. Jaffarian Delivered per the terms of our agreement.

[I am rejecting this because I'm not mad I payed the deductible I'm mad I payed you for a service it was not done properly the first time you refused to look at my camera and there was damage to the opposite side when I picked it up..the second time I got the car back there was scratches on the new rear bumper that was not on it when I brought it again... also some one had detailed the car because there is swirl marks on the car ... and two blemishes where the second repair was performed and I'm not satisfied with this work...]

Good afternoon,This case is not a “Buyers remorse” category.Here are the facts:•      On October 6, 2015, I signed an agreement with the dealer under this terms:o   Options: Convenience Package, Vision Package, Graphical Head-Up Displayo   Sale Price: $60,401.00o  ...

Trade-in: $29,000.00•      On October 6, 2015, I paid a $5,000.00 deposit.•      The car arrived 3 months later, on October 8, 2016. At that moment, the dealer told me that an accessory had been added (without my knowledge and consent) and the sale price had been increased up to $66,305.01.•      When I refused  to pay the new price, they only gave me the option to order a new car and wait another 3 months, but with a new increased sale price and new downward reassessment of the trade-in value, which meant they wouldn't be respecting our agreement and I would be losing more money.•      They told me that I should choose to take the car or order a new one in order to not lose my deposit.•      To make matters worse, I had to sign the lease contract with effective date January 4 instead January 8, because the offer and the terms that we agreed had been expired on that date.•      I was in contact with them along the 3 months waiting and they never told me anything about the accessory. The manufacturer sent them several reports about the car, they knew about the it. This unfair or deceptive act or practice is, in my opinion, declared unlawful by Section 2 of Chapter 93A, and regulations 940 CMR 3.02 (3.a), (4.a), 3.15 (2), 5.02 (6), 5.04 (2.d), (9.d), (10).Attached are some of the documents about this case. Thank you! [redacted].

Customer signed purchase and sale agreement section stating Non Refundable deposit----knowing this still chose to go somewhere else to purchase their new [redacted].

HelloIm very sorry that customer has concern with Collision repair work that was per formed to there vehicle through the [redacted] reapir program!  This is first complaint I have ever received with concern to quality of work performed , damages customer is referring to that were repaired...

second time were unrelated prior damages that were NOT collision related in which the insurance carrier and repair shop agreed to repair as a goodwill gesture for customer satisfaction , it is unfortunate in inconvient I understand for insured to deal with whole repair process , however , all we did was repair damages ?  All I can think is perhaps insured is unhappy about having to pay $ 500.00 deductible which has is totally between him and his insurance carrier , totally beyond our control Vehicle was NOT buffed , not sure what he is referind to ?Also had to go to [redacted] dealer due to computer software reset and scanning which is dealer performed  ONLY  Thank You

We stand by our prior response. Vehicle was repaired correctly years ago.dealer instructed customer to not return to any of its Facalities due to the physical threats he made to employees , employees are afraid of this man.

only reason that contract was sign just becouse the sales manager at the time promised that not matter what they will refund , if the person whom represent the dealer lies to the customers just to force to make a deal.  I think every customer must be informe before walk in to the building.my wife and I we both said not twice and they took the payment the recive they give me didn't have anything that make customers aware the this money is not refundable. Beside they came after with another paper work wich they didn't provided a copy so I couldn't be alerted about it.They don't really need the money the only reason they are doing this is just becouse a got the car from the competition ( [redacted] ) which was more care and business and clear with from the beginning to the and of the deal. 
 If they can not be fear in price is ok but , but find another way to keep the customers .
