When Mrs. [redacted] scheduled her appointment, it was explained that if she had ahearing problem, the time needed for a complete evaluation could be an hour. Mr. [redacted], the hearinginstrument specialist, also performed an otoscopic exam for each of them.Their son, [redacted], was to be screened but the otoscopic exam revealed waxblockage in both ears and he was advised to see a medical doctor.The [redacted] family was at our Lynchburg office for an hour and one-half andeverything that should and could be done was accomplished, all at no charge.
