Hello, The issue with our customer [redacted] has been resolvedWe operate a custom guitar shop and as [redacted] was told in the beginning, the to weeks was only an estimation of the completion dateAs with any construction projects, dilemmas will arise, and [redacted] was notified with each delay; it is not in our control, how long each custom project will take [redacted] was blocked from our page because of harassment and unnecessary comments he was makingOther customers were impacted by this delay, and what was nothing more than a common delay, [redacted] turned into a fowl play of our character and business [redacted] also continuously insulted us via email, to the point where we had to draw the line and tell him to stop (this is the "lay off" comment that [redacted] mentions)It may have not been professional, but being professional with [redacted] was not working [redacted] apologized after this [redacted] received his guitar just as he was promised, but it was not within his strict time limit [redacted] says his 50% down payment was an "interest free loan" for our businessHowever, this down payment covers several fees including construction labor, materials, US customs fees and other logistics feesThe 50% down payment, as declared in our policy, is a necessity in order to start the construction process [redacted] also mentions we should have paid shipping, and we did in fact pay for all his shipping, including the packing feesWe also compensated him with a discount on his order for the inconvenience At no time have we tried to avoid the situation, instead, we've worked hard to give the customer what he wanted and make up for the delays that we encountered We are continuing to provide our customers with excellent service, and I wish the relationship with Ganimast Guitars and [redacted] could have been a better one [redacted] ***, Owner -Ganimast Guitars-

[redacted] was blocked from our page because of harassment and unnecessary comments he was making.
